Dynamic Healthcare Partners was founded by experienced healthcare leaders Kenny Hutchison and Tammy Beckham, who bring decades of financial expertise and a deep understanding of the needs of long-term care and post-acute healthcare organizations.
Before forming Dynamic Healthcare Partners, Kenny and Tammy spent many years in leadership roles with Consolidated Billing Services, Inc. (CBSI), where they served as Directors of Accounting & Reimbursement and Revenue Cycle Management. When CBSI’s owners made the decision to retire, Kenny and Tammy saw an opportunity to carry forward the relationships, knowledge, and commitment to service they had helped build—while creating a company with its own vision for the future.
Today, their complementary expertise forms the foundation of Dynamic Healthcare Partners. Together, they lead DHP with a shared belief that exceptional financial services go beyond reports, reimbursement, and revenue cycles. At the heart of DHP is a commitment to building lasting partnerships with both longstanding and new clients—relationships grounded in trust, accessibility, collaboration, and a genuine understanding of each organization’s unique needs and goals. Kenny and Tammy believe the strongest client relationships are built by working alongside their clients as trusted partners, celebrating their successes, navigating challenges together, and providing the support they need to move forward with confidence.
As managing partners, Kenny and Tammy remain actively involved in the day-to-day business, working closely with both their team and the organizations they serve. Their experience, leadership, and personal commitment continue to guide DHP as the company grows while maintaining the high level of service and personal connection at the heart of its foundation.
